Efficient Bucket Elevator

1. Overview

With the development of the national economy, the transportation machinery industry has introduced, absorbed, and digested new technologies of bucket elevators from various countries around the world. Combining with China's actual situation, it has designed the THG and TDG series of high-efficiency bucket elevators to meet the market's demand for new and high-efficiency bucket elevators with large conveying capacity, large lifting height, and compact structure.

Note    1. The Sh-type hopper is a kind of deep hopper. When the Sh-type hopper is used and the wheelbase is less than 40m, the TDG-type bucket elevator is equipped with an EP belt.
2. The Zh-type hopper is a kind of shallow hopper. When the Zh-type hopper is used and the wheelbase is less than 50m, the TDG-type bucket elevator is equipped with an EP belt.
3. When the Sh-type hopper has a wheelbase greater than 40m, and the Zh-type hopper has a wheelbase less than 50m, the TDG-type bucket elevator is equipped with a steel cord belt.

(2) Advantages of THG and TDG type bucket elevators

(1) THG and TDG type bucket elevators have large conveying capacity and high lifting height.
(2) The bucket type is reasonable and has a large capacity.
(3) The round link chain is made of alloy steel. After surface and heat treatment, it has moderate hardness, high strength and good wear resistance.
(4) The adhesive tape adopts a steel wire rope braided core rubber tape, which has good toughness and high strength.
(5) The head, tail and middle casings of this machine are all sealed, so that materials and dust will not fly out, and no environmental pollution will be caused.
(6) The vertical shaft reducer and hydraulic coupling were originally used in the transmission device, but now they are replaced with DZ type shaft-mounted reducers, equipped with a backstop device, making the transmission device compact in structure and realizing flexible transmission. It can not only make the operation stable, but also protect the motor reducer and traction parts, and more importantly, keep the materials in a stable state when the machine is stopped.
(7) A spiral tensioning device is adopted at the lower part, which can maintain a constant tension force, avoid the adhesive tape from slipping or the chain from coming off, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
(8) The upper and lower wheels of the THG type are assembled sprockets. The rim is connected to the wheel body with high-strength bolts. After the sprocket is worn, only the rim needs to be replaced, which is convenient for replacement, saves materials and reduces maintenance costs.
