1. Purpose

This spiral slag extractor is used with horizontal quick-install boilers. It is a machine for removing boiler cinder. Using this machine can keep the boiler room clean, reduce air pollution, reduce the labor intensity of stokers, enable negative pressure combustion of the boiler, and improve thermal efficiency. It is an integral part of the boiler and an indispensable supporting machine in modern boiler rooms.
This machine adopts a spiral design, which can realize continuous conveying and can convey ash and slag horizontally or obliquely. The installation inclination shall not exceed 40°; exceeding 40° will reduce the slag output or make it lose the slag extraction function. It is excellent for conveying granular and crumbly ash and slag. For powdery ash and slag, the amount of water in the ash hopper should be controlled, and the water should not be excessive. It is strictly forbidden for iron blocks, hard objects, unburned wood blocks, etc., to enter the cylinder, so as to avoid jamming of the spiral shaft and damage to the machine parts.

II. Specifications and Performance

When the spiral slag extractor adopts the worm gear type, the motor is directly connected via a coupling, and there is a rubber plate flexible connection in the middle of the direct connection, which plays a role in easy transmission and shock absorption. A cylindrical helical gear is used for primary speed change. The large gear drives the worm to rotate the worm gear for speed change, and the worm gear directly drives the spiral main shaft to rotate for conveying ash and slag.
A pair of safety clickers is installed in the large gear that drives the worm. When the load exceeds a certain level, the safety clickers can automatically slip, and the spiral main shaft will stop running by itself. If such a situation is found, an inspection is required.
1. The spring is not tight enough to withstand the required load.
2. The spiral shaft is stuck with the cylinder. Check if there are any foreign objects causing jamming, which leads to the slipping of the clicker.
