1. Overview

This product is a new generation of the GC series scraper slag extractors. It is driven by a boiler's active grate or a high-strength round-link chain, featuring a long service life, reliable operation, adaptability to harsh working conditions, and easy maintenance.

III. Operation, Maintenance and Overhaul

1. The stoker should regularly add lubricating oil to each lubrication point of the machine. 2. It is advisable to use the continuous slag discharge mode for this machine. Never wait until the coal slag is full before removing it, so as to avoid excessive load and damage to the machine. 3. If it is necessary to inspect the inside of the machine body, the pipe at the lower part of the machine body can be unscrewed, the water can be drained, and the inspection can be carried out after cleaning. 4. The tightness of the scraper chain and roller chain can be properly adjusted through the adjusting screws at various parts, and they must not be too tight or too loose. The adjustment sequence is to first adjust the scraper chain, and then adjust the roller chain. If during adjustment, when adjusted to the limit position and the chain is still too loose, one or several chain plates should be removed until the tightness is appropriate.
