I. Purpose
The LCZ heavy-duty chain slag extractor is a continuously operating slag conveying equipment, used for removing ash and slag in various boiler rooms of steam boilers for production and hot water boilers for heating. It can be matched with 4t~75t horizontal boilers and quick-install boilers, and can be used alone or in series/parallel with multiple units. Through the cyclic rotation of the chain, the ash and slag are dragged out of the iron trough and discharged outdoors. The use of this equipment can reduce the labor intensity of slag removal, improve the working conditions of the boiler room, and ensure the normal operation of the boiler for producing hot water and heat for production and daily life.
The LCZ heavy-duty chain slag extractor is of the normally open type, different from other closed-type slag extractors. It can omit Martin-type and disc-type ones, and both large and small slags can be directly discharged outdoors. It is superior to scraper, basket chain and screw types, and is now widely used nationwide.
