1. Overview
The SH-type rotary screen is a new type of screening equipment developed by our company after absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and through years of practice. It has a simple structure, is easy to maintain and manage, operates stably and reliably, has no vibration or noise, and has a high screening rate. It is especially suitable for screening sticky and wet materials, and the screen holes will not be blocked. Therefore, it is widely used in the screening and classification of raw coal, sand, gravel and other materials in industries such as electric power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical industry.

III. Equipment Structure and Working Principle
1. This machine is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum device, a frame, a sealing cover, and inlet and outlet ports. The drum device is installed on the frame at an incline.
2. The motor is connected to the drum device via a cycloidal pinwheel reducer and a coupling, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. When materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface are flipped and rolled. Qualified materials (undersized products) are discharged through the screen mesh on the outer circle of the drum, while unqualified materials (oversized products) are discharged through the end of the drum. As the materials are flipped and rolled inside the drum, the materials stuck in the screen holes can be ejected, preventing the screen holes from being blocked.
3. The drum device is sealed by the machine's sealing cover, thus effectively preventing dust from escaping during the operation of the equipment and eliminating dust pollution. When replacing the screen mesh, it can be done simply by opening the machine's sealing cover, making the operation convenient.
4. The screen mesh is woven from 60Si2Mn spring steel wire or made of wear-resistant steel, with uniform screen holes. The screen mesh has high hardness, little wear, and a long service life.
