Product application scope
DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyor is a general-purpose series product. It is an upgraded new product that unifies the original two major series of TD75 type and DX type (i.e., general-purpose and high-strength types). It can be widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, chemicals, light industry, and petroleum. It can form a transportation system by single machines or multiple combinations to convey materials, and can transport various bulk materials and piece goods with a bulk density of 500-2500KG/m³.
The applicable working environment temperature for DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyor is generally -25 - +40°C. For belt conveyors working in special environments, such as those requiring heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, explosion-proof, flame retardant and other conditions, corresponding protective measures should be taken separately.
DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyors are designed according to component series. Designers can carry out selection design and combine them into a complete conveyor according to different terrains and working conditions in accordance with the "DTⅡ Type Fixed Belt Conveyor Design and Selection Manual" compiled by Beijing Institute of Hoisting and conveying machinery of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and based on the conveying industry requirements.
The series components of DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyor can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also adopt the conveying form combining convex arc, concave arc segments and straight lines. The allowable material block size conveyed by the conveyor depends on the belt width, belt speed, trough angle and inclination angle, as well as the frequency of large materials. The maximum block size applicable to various belt widths in this series is recommended to be selected according to the following table. When conveying hard rock, after the belt width exceeds 1200MM, it should generally be limited to 35MM and cannot increase with the increase of the width.
