I. Purpose:
Widely used in metallurgy, coal, hydropower, transportation and other sectors to convey bulk materials or piece goods. According to the requirements of the conveying line, it can be used alone, or multiple units or other conveyors can be combined into a system for horizontal or inclined conveying.
Conveyors are generally used in an ambient temperature range of +40°C to -10°C. For occasions with requirements for dust prevention, explosion protection, and corrosion resistance, or when the conveyor belt needs to run reversibly for conveying, additional measures should be taken.
II. Technical Features and Main Parameters:
The TD75 model can convey various bulk materials with a bulk density of 1.0~2.5 tons per cubic meter. Our factory produces products with bandwidth specifications of 500, 650, 800, 1000, etc. The transmission power ranges from 1.5KW to 22KW, and there are five types of belt speeds: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.60, and 2.0 meters per second. The maximum conveying capacity is shown in the table below.
III. Structural Overview:
The basic layout of the switchboard is shown in the attached drawing. The main structures are as follows:
1. Driving part: It consists of an electric motor mounted on a base welded with section steel → high-efficiency coupling → reducer and reduction coupling. According to the layout requirements: the driving device is available in two types, left-mounted and right-mounted. In addition, our factory is equipped with oil-cooled electric drums with power ranging from 1.5LW to 13KW and speeds of 0.80, 1.0, and 1.25.
2. Rolling part: It is divided into two categories: drive rollers and direction-changing rollers.
3. Idler part: It includes trough-type, parallel, self-aligning, and buffer idlers, etc.
4. Cleaning part: It is divided into spring cleaners and empty section cleaners.
5. Unloading part: It is divided into fixed plow unloaders and electric unloading cars.
